At Leaf It Easy, we do our best to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below, you'll find all the information about our shipping terms.


1. Processing of orders

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Netherlands (standard shipping)

  • Belgium & Germany (within EU)
    For other EU countries, please contact us for tailor-made solutions.


3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

4. Delivery time (estimated)

Destination Delivery time
The Netherlands 1–3 business days
Belgium/Germany 3–5 business days
Other EU countries 4–7 business days

Please note: during busy periods (such as holidays or promotions) delivery times may be slightly longer.


5. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code , which you can use to track your package online.


6. Delayed or lost shipment

If you haven't received your order after 7 business days (NL) or 10 business days (EU), please contact us:

7. Shipping Errors & Wrong Address

  • Always check the shipping address you provide carefully.

  • Leaf It Easy is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

  • In case of return due to incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged.
